Comfortable sleep brings about healthy life
By comfortable sleep, recovery from fatigue, stress alleviation, and accident prevention
Trouble of sleep cause of going up the risk of lifestyle-related illness, such as high blood pressure, cardiopathy, apoplexy.
The lifestyle of bringing about comfortable sleep
  A periodical exercise brings about a deep sleep
  It is important to having breakfast to waking of heart and body, if you have midnight snack, don’t eat much
 
Each person differ from type of sleep, energy in daytime is the barometer of comfortable sleep
There are sleep hours which suited yourself and you don?t worry about that you can?t sleep 8 hours
If you pass too much for a long time in a bed, a feeling of a sleep will decrease
As the years passed sleep hours is short

The caffeine ingestion after supper worsens falling asleep
