「大阪ヘルスケアパビリオン」において、未来の栄養と食の在り方を体験し、考える2つの企画「デモキッチン」と「リボーンステージ」を展開します。
「デモキッチン」では、「100歳までに食べる健康な食事のオブジェ」を通じて人の未来の食と健康を考える出発点を視覚的に表現。さらに、全国の都道府県栄養士会が「未来の食材50」と郷土料理を組み合わせて提案する「未来に残すべき和食」や、未来の管理栄養士・栄養士のユニフォームの着装、協賛企業による未来の栄養・食のデモンストレーションと試食、専門職による対面型栄養相談など、五感で“未来の食と栄養”を体験できる多彩なプログラムが揃います。

一方、「リボーンステージ」では、アジア各国の栄養士が一堂に集う「アジア栄養士フォーラム2025」を開催し、各国の栄養課題と未来のビジョンを共有します。さらに、栄養と食をテーマにしたシンポジウムや、企業や著名人とのトークセッションも実施予定です。これらは、日本発の栄養支援モデル「ジャパン・ニュートリション」を世界に向けて発信し、栄養の可能性と専門職の価値を伝える国際的な知の交流の場となります。本取り組みを通じて日本栄養士会は、100年の実践で築いた「ジャパン・ニュートリション」の知と力を、体験と対話を通じて世界に示し、次の時代の栄養・食と健康のあり方を共に考える機会を創出します。

The Japan Dietetic Association (a Public Interest Incorporated Association) will present its official pavilion at the Osaka–Kansai Expo within the “Osaka Healthcare Pavilion.” Its aim is to offer a space where visitors can experience and envision the future of nutrition and food.
At the Demo Kitchen, an object titled “Healthy Meals to Last 100 Years” will visually depict the vital role nutrition and diet play in supporting long, healthy lives. The space will also feature the “Future Washoku” exhibit, which showcases traditional Japanese dishes from across the country, reimagined by the 47 Prefectural Dietitians’ Associations in combination with the “Future 50 Foods.” Other highlights include displays of future-style uniforms for registered dietitians and nutritionists, interactive nutrition consultations with professionals, and live cooking and tasting events sponsored by leading food companies ̶ offering a multi-sensory experience that allows visitors to explore the nutrition and food of the future.
Meanwhile, at the Reborn Stage, the “2025 Asian Dietitians Forum” will bring together nutrition professionals from across Asia, providing a space for sharing common challenges and future visions. In addition, symposiums on nutrition and food, as well as corporate talk sessions, are also planned. These exhibits are backed by the “Japan Nutrition” model ̶ a body of knowledge and expertise built upon 100 years of nutrition improvement efforts in Japan. The pavilion aims to provide an international platform for sharing this knowledge and to create opportunities for collaborative thinking about nutrition and food for the next generation.
